Randy Loveless
Before Legal Nurse Consulting, I had built what looked like a successful career, but it didn't always feel successful.
I was working too many hours, giving too much of myself to my career, and had far too little freedom to actually enjoy the life I was working so hard to build.
I began my nursing career in 1999, and over the next 26+ years, I experienced healthcare from nearly every perspective, from the bedside to the boardroom. I worked as a Travel Nurse, Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and National Healthcare Consultant. Each role taught me something valuable, but eventually I realized I wanted something more: more freedom, more control over my time, and the ability to build a career around my life instead of building my life around my career.
Legal Nurse Consulting gave me that opportunity.
Today, I'm the owner of Loveless Legal Nurse Consulting, a career and business that has opened doors I once didn't know existed. More importantly, it showed me that nurses can take the knowledge and experience they already have and use it to create something entirely different for themselves.
That realization is what led me to create Catalyst Coaching and Mentoring.
Today, my primary focus is helping nurses discover what's possible beyond the traditional nursing career. Through Catalyst, we teach nurses how to turn their nursing experience into a valuable, marketable skill, and how to build a career through Legal Nurse Consulting that offers greater freedom, flexibility, purpose, and opportunity.
